In this final project, I developed a prototype model of a web-based mental health intervention specifically aimed at young adults in Indonesia. This prototype is designed to provide online mental health support by adapting a therapy method based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated through the internet, or better known as internet-based CBT (i-CBT).
